Tisha B’Av Program: For These We Lament

 Tisha B'Av commemorates the destruction of the ancient Holy Temples in Jerusalem, but it's much more than that. It's a traditional fast day that provides an opportunity to mourn and lament the brokenness and grief in our world: natural disasters, injustices, wars, environmental destruction.

You are invited to bring and read a snippet from an article, a poem, the names of individuals who suffered this year. We will also hear selections from the biblical book of Lamentations chanted by Al Hoffman, Avraham Danan, and Rabbi Julie Danan.
