We are a vibrant, independent Jewish community based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, with over 600 members, representing over 400 households, and embracing all levels of Jewish observance.
We offer opportunities to connect with the Jewish community in Southern Delaware through spiritual, cultural, educational, and social programs. Our many service projects remind us and our neighbors of our commitment to the welfare of the entire community. Light one Candle: An Online Vigil for Peace and Healing
On Tuesday, February 25, 2025, Seaside Religious Leader Rabbi Julie Hilton Danan, Cantor Abbe Lyons, and violist Alicia Mickenberg led Seaside members in an hour of prayer, reflection, and mutual support. Rooted in Jewish values of compassion and justice, we lifted up our voices for the safe return of the remaining hostages, and offered prayers for all those affected by conflict, displacement, and hardship in our own country and across the world.
