Book Group:  The Last of the Seven by Steven Hartov

For this special meeting of the Book Group, we will be joined by the author Steven Hartov.  If you attended his session at the 2022 History Book Festival, you know what a great speaker and storyteller he is! 

This suspenseful novel is based on the true WWII story of X Troop—a team of European Jews who join a commando unit of the British forces.  Hartov’s well drawn characters and ability to bring the times and locations of the war to life make this a book you don’t want to put down.

He will be interviewed by Susan Towers, and we will have the opportunity to ask him questions as well as on the book.
