Seaside's Got Talent

Calling all Seaside members and their guests to the second Seaside’s Got Talent event, (not a talent show). It’s a showcase of the many special talents of our members. Come take an “art stroll” of our participating artists’ work. You may just find that unique Hanukkah gift for that special someone or even yourself. The Senatones rock and roll band will be back to entertain us. So, when your strolling is done come upstairs to the sanctuary and dance to the music. Seaside and Senatones Members Larry Krevor (keyboards) and Brian Silberman (drums) love it when you rock with the band. Don’t forget to check out the Senatones You Tube video and “like” it!

New this year, each participating artist will be donating a piece of art or sample of their work to a Silent Auction to benefit Seaside. Also new this year is table selling Hanukkah decorations and supplies which will benefit Seaside.  We are offering for the first time, (thanks to Andrea Hoffman), the art of local artist and Seaside member, Michael Krouse. We have several examples of his art already adorning the walls of Seaside. Now’s your chance to own one of his pieces yourself. And again, each participating artist will provide a tasty treat or snack to share with our strolling members. 

Our artists this year include: Marjorie Norris (acrylic fine art), Robin Heit (paper artist), Lisa Horder (decoupage seashells), Eric Doroshow and Aida Wasserstein (authors and artists), Eileen Alexander (photographer), Kaye Kamen (wall hangings), Shelley Grabel (author), Ava Thaw (clay artist), Marilyn Kates (glass artist), Jodye Russel (handmade jewelry), Alan Rich (watercolor artist), and Michael Krouse. 

Everyone attending must Register for the event on the Seaside website. That includes Artists, strollers, guests of members, and volunteers. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.
