Since we are a volunteer organization, and we want to encourage our membership to continue to be volunteers as well, it behooves board members to be volunteers and actively seen in the organization. To this end, the board has approved a "Responsibilities of Board Members" Statement. These responsibilities are in addition to those outlined in the bylaws.

Articles Of General Interest in Newsletter - May 19, 2013 |
|
Articles "Of General Interest" could be published in the newsletter provided that such articles were about another event or activity that has been brought to the attention of a SJC committee by an SJC member who would like to know if others in our congregation might be similarly interested. Only a few of these expressions of interest would be allowed per monthly newsletter, articles will be general and not for gain or to appeal to specific groups of people only, and articles must go through and be approved by the appropriate committee first before being sent to the Newsletter Editor for inclusion in the newsletter. The Newsletter Editor may edit and revise the article as needed. All Newsletter articles are subject to review by the President or Vice President. | |

Reimbursement Policy - January 1, 2019 |
|
Seaside Treasurer asks that anyone requesting a reimbursement for Seaside expenses use the attached reimbursement form. The form should be submitted with copies of the receipts to the committee chair who should approve and send to the PO Box for payment. Please submit all requests within 30 days of incurring the expense on Seaside's behalf and allow 30 days from submission for payment to be sent. | |
